This new build was a blank slate in terms of landscaping and was ready for welcoming green curb appeal.

Columnar trees were planted along the driveway to delineate from the neighbours as well around the house with some yews and grasses in between to soften the stone walls. A mix of super tall and lush grasses were planted near the corner for a little privacy from the street. Rows of maiden grass were planted around the basketball net area as a screen to frame in this courtyard space. Sedum, lavender, Russian sedge, boxwood, and other perennials were planted for colour and to frame pathways around the house. Sod was installed in the rest of the front yard to add green and set off the plantings. A sprinkler system was a must-have to maintain the grass, gardens, and trees in this corner property.

This front yard is now thriving with gardens for everyone to enjoy at this attractive neighbourhood corner!
